1. Who we are
Glowmap ("Glowmap," "we," "us," "our") is a brand operated by Kameswar Digital Services, a sole proprietorship registered under Udyam: UDYAM-AP-17-0076669. Registered address: Pavara Village, Samalkot Mandal, Kakinada District, Andhra Pradesh 533450, India. The unit "Glow On The Map" is registered under this entity.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, using our website, or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use Glowmap.
3. Description of service
Glowmap is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to manage Google Business Profile (GBP) accounts on behalf of businesses, including but not limited to: replying to customer reviews, scheduling posts, answering Q&A, monitoring analytics, and integrations with WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
4. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts to use Glowmap. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information when signing up.
5. Subscriptions, billing & trial
- First-month intro pricing: Any plan (Starter, Pro, or Business) costs a flat ₹499 for the first 30 days. Payment collected at signup.
- Billing: Monthly or annual, processed through Razorpay. Charged at start of each cycle.
- Cancellation: Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, effective immediately at the end of the paid period. Annual plans can be cancelled with pro-rated refund.
- Refunds: See our Refund Policy.
- Failed payments: 7-day grace period. After that, account is paused (data retained for 30 days).
- GST: Currently exempt from GST (annual turnover under ₹20L as per Section 22 of CGST Act). Regular payment receipts issued. GST invoice will be available once GST registration becomes applicable.
6. Your content & data
You retain full ownership of your content (reviews, responses, posts, business data). You grant Glowmap a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy and DPDP Compliance page for details.
7. AI-generated content
Responses, posts, and answers generated by Glowmap's AI are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving them before they are posted to your Google Business Profile (or other platforms). Glowmap is not liable for any AI-generated content you approve and publish. We strongly recommend reviewing all AI drafts before posting for regulated industries (medical, legal, financial).
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Glowmap for illegal purposes or to violate anyone's rights
- Generate fake reviews or artificially inflate ratings
- Impersonate another business or person
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to access our source code
- Exceed rate limits or attempt denial-of-service attacks
- Use the service to spam or harass
Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
9. Google Business Profile API
Glowmap uses Google's official Business Profile API under an authorised developer agreement. By connecting your GBP, you authorise Glowmap to access, read, and post content on your behalf. You can revoke access anytime from your Google account settings.
10. WhatsApp integration
Glowmap uses the WhatsApp Business Cloud API (operated by Meta) for notifications and commands. You must have a valid phone number that can receive WhatsApp messages. Meta's terms also apply when you use WhatsApp features.
11. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service for non-Enterprise tiers. Enterprise customers get an explicit 99.9% SLA. Scheduled maintenance is announced 24 hours in advance.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Glowmap's total liability in any dispute is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of Glowmap, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email 30 days in advance. Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.
